Sunday jan 9/2011

Good golly I missed a few days been busy,busy as usual. This is my weekend off but as usual I will work Sunday but only till one. Ed went with me to the farm on Saturday, we moved the tarps on the hay ,filled all the water and moved all the panels into the barn so they will be ready to go at the end of the month for the clinic. Tru and I went Saturday morning to visit our puppy class and she was cautious but made two new friends we start officially next Saturday morning. After the farm we went to the damn and took are twice around walk Tru met a few new people and didn't bark at them but when we came upon other dogs the hair went up on her back and all 17lbs of her tried to look tough and that's why we are going to puppy class. Home finally and Tru, Ben and the girls helped me make chili and bread, did some other house chores, fed and watered my ducks and chickens,did two hours of school work and then Ed took me to dinner. Ah so nice not to have to cook or clean up. We came home watched a bit of TV and then bed. Sunday morning at 6:30 am I look out and there is six inches of snow how can I be the only one that didn't know it was going to snow gees. Ed was nice enough to go out start the car and clean it off for me while I got dressed then it was off to work. Work was really OK today. At one I changed left work and went straight to the farm to shovel and feed and got a big surprise Ed was there and had done the shoveling so all I had to do was feed. Finally home and decided not to clean but to just spend time with Ed and relax. So here I am taking advantage of puppy taking a nap.

Friday

Over to feed sheep and ducks early am left there and  was driving to the damn to take Tru for our walk and I did it again yes I answered the damn cell phone. So after Tru and I had our time together I went to work got to love those twelve hour days. Got home and had the best greeting ever Tru jumped into my arms when I opened the door ( glad I caught her ) Ben was dancing around me with a toy and the girls were wiggling there butts off. Now that's what I call a greeting. Tru is so cute she has started to go onto her crate all by herself when she is tired and falls asleep with her head hanging out . I have to gently put it in the crate to close the door. have Saturday off so Ed and I are going to go over to Diane's and gather all the green panels and put them in the barn ( we need them for the clinic at the end of the month ) Ed is also going to help me move the tarps covering the hay and then maybe I can get him to go for our walk with us.

Thursday 1/6/11

I have a pretty good routine going at Diane's now. Nothing exciting happening there today. Continued my search for puppy socialization class for Miss Tru . Did forget to take my pink paper to the post office to pick up Tru's papers. All in all so far a  pretty quite day around here but I'm not fooled the day isn't over yet and I'm off to work in half an hour.

Good golly I found spell check. I'm  a bit slow this am but haven't really started my day guess I better get dressed and get going.
